How do I connect (integrate) wearable devices and other health apps?
Connect your wearable devices and health apps to NOVOS Life for comprehensive health tracking. Access the Health Integrations screen by opening the side drawer menu and selecting "Health Integrations."
You'll see a list of available integrations including Apple Health, Health Connect (Android), Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura Ring.
For Apple Health (iOS):
- Tap the "Connect" button next to Apple Health
- On the connection screen, press "Connect Apple Health"
- The native Health app permissions modal will appear
- For optimal results, we recommend granting access to all available metrics to unlock the full potential of your wellness journey
Data will begin flowing within 24 hours once connected. If you need to modify permissions later:
- Open the Health App → Profile → Privacy & Settings → Apps → NOVOS Life
- Toggle on any additional health permissions you want to enable (This information is also available directly in the Apple Health connection screen)
For Health Connect (Android):
- Tap the "Connect" button next to Health Connect
- Press "Connect Health Connect"
- The native Health Connect permissions modal will appear
- Grant access to all necessary metrics for comprehensive tracking
Data will begin flowing within 24 hours once connected. If you need to modify permissions later:
- Open Settings → Apps → NOVOS Life → Permissions → Health Connect
- Toggle on any additional health permissions you want to enable (This information is also available directly in the Health Connect connection screen)
For Other Integrations (Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.):
- Tap the "Connect" button next to your device
- Log into your device account when prompted
- Grant the necessary permissions to allow data syncing
Once connected, your health data will automatically sync with NOVOS Life for real-time insights and personalized recommendations.
